    Their automated service to direct my call is useless. It keeps bumping me to the National call centre. I phoned four times (all long distance, by the way) to speak with reception at the branch level. Fix this!

    They refuse to answer their phones, return voice mails, and actually provide any feedback unless it's person. It's, by far, one of the worst Scotiabank branches that I've ever had to deal with.

    Accused me of using a fake cheque and took forever to do simple tasks. Avoid at all costs.

    Staff is nice but slow!! Waiting 35min to see the teller and people still ahead of me. Several people have walked out in frustration.
