  Lady who answered my call was not sympathetic at all. Sounded as if she had better things to do. Had no empathy towards my situation and was very abrupt. I did not feel that she cared in the least. I hope that she is the only one like that at that office. Very poor experience. More compassion training is in order for that employee.

  I had my truck stolen in Camrose where I live. Stony Plain RCMP arrested the guy the same day it was stolen and found my wallet and a $10,000 bank draft on the guy. My wallet with all of my ID and cards were in the truck at the time as well as a $10,500 bank draft. The Camrose police called me 3 weeks later after the arrest to let me know the whereabouts of the wallet and draft AFTER I cancelled all my cards and put a stop payment on the draft. Good thing Camrose called me or I would still be sitting here wondering where my wallet and bank draft ended up! I should also mention I called Stony Plain 3 times inquiring where my wallet was and nobody there had a clue what I was talking about.

  Unhelpful - they lack common sense and are unrealistic about money - they expect innocent people to pay extortive Federal and provincial taxes on already taxed money to support them to support other municipal police departments (Saanich) to Taser-torture Stony Plain residents when we were paying for safe housing and peace and privacy rights inside student accommodations in Victoria BC. Believe me, being shocked repeatedly with electric shocks does not help anyone's education or ability to teach.
